At Ray The Jeweler & Co., we take great care in preparing and shipping every piece. Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be quoted at the time of purchase.

We ship via insured carriers and all packages are fully tracked. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Expedited and overnight options may be available upon request. International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis—please contact us for availability and rates.

A signature is required upon delivery for high-value items. If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know before your order ships.
